These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of premium features or subscriptions within LottoIQ Power. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
LottoIQ Power may offer various subscription plans with different features, durations, and pricing. All subscription details, including features and pricing, will be clearly displayed before purchase.
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee. Free trials are typically available to new subscribers only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
All subscription purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies, not LottoIQ Power's policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through app stores.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes. Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified features.
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, you will forfeit access to premium features and no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
Promotional subscription offers are valid for new subscribers only unless otherwise specified. Promotional pricing applies only to the first billing period; standard pricing will apply upon renewal. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
Subscription prices may not include applicable taxes. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes will be added to your purchase as required by law.
If payment cannot be processed for any reason (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from payment failures.
Certain subscriptions may be eligible for Family Sharing on iOS devices, allowing family members to share access. Family Sharing eligibility is determined by Apple and subject to their terms and conditions.
